Since all of them (all 4 of them) are impacted, the dentist told me that they would be surgically removed. She advised that I do one side first, both teeth up and down. And so, the thing that I have been dreading and trying to avoid for almost 3 years finally caught up with me. I finally gained enough courage to schedule that 1st surgery on my left.
